l have taken the ingnition barrel out but dont know how to take off the
trigger
back plastic bit where the wires are plugged into can anyone help?

Depends on what type car it is.

In the vast majority of cars it is easy to see a screw holding these on,

but it isnt obvioud to you, so if you look towards the bottom of the

plastic clip you may see one or two tiny holes that may be covered with a

bit of bright paint, under this will be very small flathead screws which

when loosened will enable ou to remove the clip, cheers
